Problems in education are very diverse, one of which is that students lazy to read and do not understand how draw the right conclusions so this has an impact on learning achievement Indonesian language grade VI SDN Petojo Utara Complex, less than optimal, especially making decisions a paragraph. Therefore, it necessary have media can assist conveying material support students' understanding drawing from paragraph, media.based TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowledge). The research method used ADDIE development model involves stages with five steps/phases, including: Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation Delivery Evaluations. results showed TPACK-Based Learning Media was implemented at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. student assessments TPACK-based assessment obtained average value 4.7 close strongly agreeing statements submitted. Student responses e-module varied, majority class 1D 1G gave positive response.
